By now, you've probably searched high and low for affordable wedding venues, photographers, videographers, photobooths, caterers, flowers, lawn games and more! You've been blown away by the sheer cost of creating even the most basic wedding. You're now close to being out of budget and deciding whether or not to get a DJ or throw your favorite music on an iPod. Silicon Forest Entertainment understands that not everyone can afford a royal wedding on a pauper's budget. We want to help you save some money on the entertainment so you can enjoy the honeymoon, or buy a bigger cake, (provided you share a piece with the DJ). If you don't thoroughly enjoy your wedding DJ services, you don't have to pay! And we will have worked for that one solitary piece of cake and a $100 deposit.

How do we make this promise? Well, firstly, we've been doing this for over 12 years and have never not been paid. We're confident that you will enjoy the event and your friends will be telling you how fun it was for years to come. Secondly, we want to take the risk out of the decision for you. You might have heard horror stories of a wedding being ruined by a DJ who either didn't show up or played terrible music. That's a pretty big risk to take. Why pay over a $1000 up front for something that's hard to get a sample of ahead of time? All we require for you to book your wedding or event is a $100 deposit. The rest is due at the end of your event assuming you are completely satisfied.

Oregon is a popular destination for weddings in the summer and our weekends book up about 12-18 months in advance. However, we offer a discount for weddings that fall outside the peak season. In the off-season (November-March) a wedding reception usually lasts three or four hours and our price is $1000. During the peak wedding season (April-October), our price is $1200 for 4 hours. For every hour past 4 hours, our rate drops to $150 an hour. To do an all day wedding ceremony and reception (8 hours), the price caps at $1600 (off-season). For all other events, our minimum fee is $1000 and that covers 4 hours of actual time playing music (or making announcements). For every hour past 4 hours, the rate drops to $150/hour. Due to Craig's full time obligation at Nike, we are unable to perform during the week (Monday-Thursday). We are only available Friday through Sunday. We can definitely meet with you in person at a Starbucks near you during the week to answer any questions you have and make sure that we fit your personality for a DJ.
