Cooper's Hall is a working urban winery and taproom tucked into SE Portland's Central Eastside — exposed steel trusses, polished concrete, warm Edison bulbs, and a wall of stainless fermenters that make for one of the most distinctive reception rooms in the city.
We've DJed a lot of nights at Cooper's — it's a favorite. The open floor plan gives you a real dance floor without a room flip, the acoustics are warmer than you'd guess for a converted warehouse, and the built-in ambient light means uplighting reads intentional rather than loud.
