Most Portland wedding DJs run $1,500 to $3,500. Ours start at $1,800 — same premium sound, same 500-wedding experience, no surprise line items on your invoice.
Small, focused celebrations.
The one most couples book.
Big rooms, big energy.
Every quote includes travel within the Portland metro area. Farther out (Coast, Gorge, Central Oregon)? Just ask — travel is a flat rate, usually $100 to cover a tank of gas.
Most Portland wedding DJs land between $1,500 and $3,500. The spread comes down to hours, gear, lighting, and how long the DJ has been doing it. Silicon Forest sits toward the value end of that range because we've been at it 10+ years and the gear is already paid off — you get top-tier sound without paying for someone's marketing budget.
Usually one of three things: they're brand new, they're using consumer-grade speakers, or they're not carrying insurance and backup gear. All fine trade-offs for a backyard party — not great when it's the only shot at your first dance.
Yes — $500 to hold the date, refundable up to 90 days out. Balance is due two weeks before the event. We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo/Paypal, and check.
Nothing changes on the invoice. Sound is scaled to the venue, not the headcount, so 120 vs 180 guests is the same package.
All the time. Hood River, Bend, Astoria, Cannon Beach, the Gorge — travel is a flat rate quoted up front, based on mileage. No per-diems, no vague fees.
